This table I just prepared with my roaster in Addis to show how the roasting, packing and handling of Solino in Ethiopia leads to more value for the country.
Not only coffee farmers benefit, but mostly all other profession which are involved in the production process. Compared to just exporting green coffee, Ethiopia gets 179% more value from its excellent coffee with our project. Here the details:
